British car bonanza at East Anglian Classic auction

With just over a week to go until the East Anglian Classic Car and Motorbike Auction in Norwich, it looks set to be a British car bonanza.
More than half of the lots listed for the 20 September sale are British brands. Five Jaguars are up for grabs, from XK150 to E-type, and there looks to be a good selection of MG Bs.
A diverse assortment of Austins is also on offer, from a pint-sized A30 van to a massive Paralanian camper van that looks ideal for festivals and weekends away.
The 20,000-mile camper isn’t cheap though, with a lower estimate of £10,000. In contrast, a 1968 Morris Minor 1000 saloon with a lower estimate of only £500 seems a bargain.
One unusual 1970s motor on offer is a Renault 15 two-door coupe – a car inspired by the success of Ford’s Capri. Finished in yellow and with less than 20,000 miles on the clock, it has a lower estimate of £3750.
