Terms of Use

These terms of use (the “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, terms relating to your subscription service (“Subscription Terms”) tells you the terms of use in which you may make use of our website at www.ClassicCarPrice.com (the "Site"), whether as a guest or a registered user. By using the Site you indicate that you accept these Terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

Accessing our Site

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and the information and material appearing on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Materials from the Site must not be reproduced in any medium without licence. You are permitted to print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal use as private individuals only. Cancellation and Refunds of your ClassicCarPrice.com Subscription Services

Where you sign up for one of our Subscription Services, these will be subject to the relevant Subscription Terms. You may cancel your Subscription Services at any time by emailing <a href="mailto:info@classiccarprice.com">info@classiccarprice.com</a>

If you cancel your Subscription Services within the first 14 days you will be entitled to a full refund of the payment you have made.

If you cancel after the first 14 days, then your Subscription Services will come to an end on the day before your next payment would have been due, unless you request an earlier date.

If you cancel after the first 14 days and have taken advantage of a longer-term special subscription rate, any refund due will be calculated by deducting the equivalent standard monthly rate for the term of your Subscription Services from the longer-term special subscription rate.

If you have signed up for a trial of the Subscription Services, you may cancel you Subscription Services at any time during the trial period. If you cancel after your trial has ended, your cancellation will take effect from the day before your next payment would have been due, unless you request an earlier date.

Information about you and your visits to our Site

We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Viruses, hacking and other offences

You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
